Hocking Valley hand-crank machine constructed with a wooden frame and cast iron mechanical assemblies, mounted to a wheeled wooden dolly platform with swivel casters. Configured with a large cast iron curved-spoke flywheel, manual hand crank with turned wooden grip, projecting wooden carrying handles, cast iron chute housing, and an internal toothed metal feed roller. Wooden frame displays remnants of reddish-brown paint, yellow decorative stenciling, and green pinstripe accents, with legible markings including "HOCKING VALLEY", "IMPROVED", and "MADE BY", alongside cast numbers "12 A", "14 A", "45 A", "5 A", and "34". Visible wear includes surface rust and oxidation across cast iron mechanisms and hardware, paint chipping, fading, and weathering on wood surfaces, and edge splintering and separation on the dolly base.
